This fun class is designed to improve the strength and flexibility of the spine in almost all the ways the spine is designed to move…flexion, extension and side bending (or lateral flexion).
On Saturday, October 29th, ABS Pilates of Central Ohio, offered it’s first
quarterly presentation to it’s clients, their families, friends and the community.
The presenter was Amanda B. Smith, licensed physical therapist, certified
Pilates instructor and certified McKenzie therapist with more than 25 years of
experience.
All Pilates classes and sessions are lead by Amanda B. Smith, licensed physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor and certified group exercise instructor with more than 25 years of experience.
