Osteoporosis…What is it?
Did you know that about 50% of my clients have been diagnosed with osteoporosis or osteopenia?
Osteoporosis is a medical condition in which the bones become brittle and fragile from a loss of tissue. It is usually as a result of hormonal changes or deficiency of calcium or vitamin D. Osteopenia is a bone condition characterized by bone loss that is not as severe as osteoporosis.
